Baldor soft start & Dynamic brake use for controlled ramp start and stop ,minimize spillage in material handling ,reduced water hammer in pumping ,reduce wear on mechanical gears, eliminate high inrush currentand energy optimizing of under loaded motor. Typical applications include :pumps ,conveyors ,fans ,reciprocating compressors and screw and rotaty compressors. |

This soft start & Dynamic brake have six SCR three phase voltage control with programmable starting ramb and current limit .Application software sensed changing load conditions and adapt to increase perfermance.Power factor optimization eliminates motor over-fluxing and allows under-loaded or over-size motor to operate more efficiently .NEMA 1 enclosure. |
